This is a simple site that allows you to show your work when solving equations (no - the computer won't do anything for you!). You can also "publish" several problems together to create an assignment that you can email to your teacher/instructor. We encourage all feedback, so send us an email with your ideas.

ShowTheMath uses MathQuill to render the equations. To use LaTeX commands start with a "\", type in lower case, and end with "return" or "spacebar". Here are some of the more common LaTeX commands

power (superscript)^pi\pi degree\circle
divide/phi\phi sum\sum
square root\sqrt theta\theta integral\int
subscript_ (underscore) plus or minus\pm
